Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted warehouses in Asia and the US, depending on stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be changed. Once received, you can still return it for a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday-Friday within 1-3 business days of the order date. Your package will ship out the next business day after processing.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your package arrives. These charges are your responsibility. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. If you don’t see it on your account, please contact your bank or card provider.
